The Universidad de León (ULE) is a public university based in the city of León, Spain, with an additional campus in Ponferrada. It is a young university (1979) with great dynamism. It offers 39 Bachelor's Degrees and 5 itineraries to obtain Double Degrees, 31 official Master's Degrees, to which we must add 5 inter-university programmes and 2 international Master's programmes which, together with the 17 Doctorate programmes, complete the offer of official degrees of the Universidad de León.
In the last three years, an annual average of 8 patent applications have been filed with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office. They have applied annually for 1 international patent and registered 7 new computer programmes and applications.
