The Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT) was established in 1998, making it the youngest Polytechnic University in Spain. However, engineering and business studies have a long tradition in Cartagena, dating back to the early twentieth century in several of our schools. This combination of youth and tradition gives us a dynamic and innovative character, but also one that is experienced and built on solid foundations.
