Since 2002, she has built her career through various perspectives, including roles in the Big Four (PwC Tax & Legal Services and Deloitte), independent law firms (Araoz & Rueda Abogados), and a large corporation (Burger King Corporation). This trajectory has enabled her to gain proven experience as a trusted advisor to her clients, both in the management of recurring legal advice and in supporting M&A transactions and restructurings. Almudena also serves as secretary and independent director on various Boards of Directors. Almudena holds a dual degree in Hispanic-French Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and the Université Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne, as well as a Master in Science (MSc) in European Union Law and Policy from the London School of Economics (LSE).
