Pr. Anass KETTANI, born in Fes, Morocco, in 1961. He completed all his higher education in France, earning a Ph.D. from the University Paul Sabatier in Toulouse in Molecular Modeling of Proteins in 1992. Three post-doctoral years in Paris between 1992 and 1995 as a research associate at the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) and the Atomic Energy Center (CEA) in Saclay. His postdoctoral research work was the subject of his State Doctorate from Mohamed V University of Rabat, defended in 1996. Since 1996, Anass KETTANI has been a Higher Education Professor at the Faculty of Sciences Ben M'Sik, teaching courses in Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, and Entrepreneurship, coordinating since 2010 the specialized Master's program in Biotechnology and Quality Approach that trains professionals to meet the needs of the agri-food and pharmaceutical industries. Between July 2019 and December 2022, Anass KETTANI held the position of Vice-President of Hassan II University of Casablanca, responsible for Integration, Entrepreneurship, and Partnership. Currently, since January 2023, Professor Anass is the Director of R&D, Innovation, and Partnership at the Mohammed VI Center for Research and Innovation.
