All my professional life I have been linked to technology; initially in the railway sector, then in the world of defence and communications and for the last 5 years, as product manager and coordinator of the R&D strategy for a software platform in a large company. Throughout all these changes I have felt very motivated to be involved in new areas of knowledge, which I face with enthusiasm and predisposition. As the person responsible for managing R&D&I projects in the Technology and Innovation area of a corporate group, I have participated in the search and preparation of proposals to apply for public aid with entities such as the EU or CDTI. I have also participated in internal projects such as the migration of the ERP or the updating of the IT infrastructure to a hyperconvergent infrastructure (HCI). Finally, I have collaborated with the group's companies in operational projects related to ITS, defence, communications, intelligent cities and control centres. In relation to the product, I have coordinated the lines of development of the SW product, aligning the planning to the needs of the projects in progress and anticipating the new proposals that the clients ask us for. I have also identified which capacities are of interest to incorporate in the medium term and which partners can be strategic in order to maintain the competitiveness and innovation of the product. Finally, in the two large companies I have worked for in the last 15 years I have always been linked to newly created departments; developing new products and identifying growth opportunities.
