Esther is a specialist in the field of intellectual and industrial property law. She began her career as a lawyer at Écija Legal SLU and gained significant experience as an in-house lawyer at Gestora de Inversiones Audiovisuales La Sexta, S.A. Throughout her professional journey, and since joining TKL Abogados, she handles a variety of projects related to her areas of expertise, particularly in audiovisual projects, as well as related areas such as image rights, data protection, electronic contracting, and digital business. She holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and a degree in Journalism from the University of Seville. Additionally, she has a Master's in Intellectual Property from the Carlos III University and a Master's in International Relations and Communication from the Complutense University. As part of her complementary education, she has completed the Legal & Digital Business course at the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and holds a diploma in Entertainment Law from the Instituto de Empresa (IE Law School Executive Education). Esther has contributed to magazines and specialized press in the audiovisual and legal sectors. She is also the author of several legal publications.
