Aeronautical Engineer and Industrial Organization Engineer, member of the State Corps of Aeronautical Engineers, MSc in Aerospace Program Management from the ISU (International Space University) and in Operations Financing and Venture Capital from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles. He has an extensive professional career: Structural Analysis Engineer for the A380 and Head of International Cooperation at Airbus in both the private and public sectors. He has served as Deputy Director General for Innovation Promotion at the Ministry of Economy, General Director of Innovation and Promotion for the City of Madrid, a Board Member of ENISA, and a trustee of IFEMA. Roles: Responsible for the Admission and Analysis Areas, as well as for the approval of ENISA’s loan and investment operations.
