An economist with extensive experience of 20 years in General Management, project management, business management, and strategic planning. Currently a member of the board of directors of Desarrollo Sostenible de Navarra, S.L.; throughout his professional career, he has served as the executive director at Síndrome Up, Consultoría Innovación Social, S.L. He held the position of Director General of Social Policies and Consumer Affairs in the Government of Navarra and has been the general manager of several companies in the Real Estate Development and Construction sector in Navarra. He also has management experience in the automotive and banking sectors. He has been a part of various participatory Collegiate Bodies such as the Economic and Social Council of Navarra, the Navarrese Council of Social Welfare, and the Statistical Council of Navarra. He is a Co-Founder of third-sector social action associations, focused on people with disabilities: Síndrome Up Association and D-Espacio Association.
