Pedro Martínez is the Deputy Councillor for Economic Promotion, Trade, Markets, and Youth at Salamanca City Council. He holds a PhD in Business Sciences from the University of Murcia, with Cum Laude distinction and an International Doctorate. He also earned a Master’s in Business Sciences and a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Public Management from the same university. Professionally, he worked as a self-employed professional (2015-2016) and later as a lecturer and researcher at the University of Murcia (2017-2022). He is currently a professor in the area of Financial Economics and Accounting at the University of Salamanca.
