I love connecting ideas, people and creating the path for startups, social enterprises and corporations to work together to tackle big and complex challenges, especially those that make our existence a bit more sustainable. Social impact is my fuel! Always eager to learn something new, my journey has never been a linear one. I started my career as marketing manager in the fast-paced financial markets industry working for a british leading broker. Unable to settle, I ended up trying to be an entrepreneur to later find out what I really love is to help entrepreneurs - of all kinds - transform technology and creativity into products or services that will change the world for good. As a program manager in a spanish accelerator, I accelerated and advised more than 55+ startups from the food, energy, health, arts, smart cities and climate tech fields connecting them with big multinationals to maximize value. Built a solid knowledge on acceleration/incubation methodologies, intrapreneurship and on how to incorporate social impact and sustainability (tech4good, ESGs, ODS) at the core business of a company. I know how to connect players to foster strategic partnerships between start-ups, non-profit, government entities and multinationals. With 12 years of experience I am hand-ons professional who makes things happen and is not afraid of getting out of her comfort zone. I am always eager to join amazing projects that lies at the intersection of social impact, business and innovation in both private and non-profit organizations.
