I am a psychologist and a passionate researcher in the field of mental health, innovation and technology. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in healthcare settings in various European Union countries and in the United States. My academic journey has allowed me to be part of multidisciplinary teams at prestigious universities such as Harvard, the University of York, and the Complutense University of Madrid. With a background in clinical psychology and neuroscience, I quickly recognised the need to bridge the gap between science and clinical practice to enhance patient care. This has fuelled my desire to innovate in this field, leading me to co-found Medea Wellbeing, a startup dedicated to scientific knowledge transfer in mental health. It consists of two brands: Medea Mind (a deep tech software platform offering services for professionals to implement precision mental health care) and Balanc3 (a digital multidisciplinary clinic addressing mental health from a comprehensive perspective with an innovative clinical approach). My mission is to improve access to quality mental healthcare through pioneering technology, making evidence-based treatments more inclusive and accessible.
